I have been trying blue let therapy for about week.
I have used red light and it irrated my scalp and made it more dry. One of the brushes I have Al's had blue light but haven't tried that solely. That might be better and cooler for the scalp.
Thank you for the information.
I’ve used Malezia Urea moisturizer, Malezia cleanser and Malezia Biochemical Clearer Skin for over a year. My SD seems to stay controlled. I added blue light about 2 months ago. It has helped some without any negative results.
I’ll be interested in your thoughts and results on blue light.
Regards,
Mary C.
