A long time ago I took methotrexate for lupus. Now my dermatologist is considering resuming it for my currently undiagnosed but suspected "something in the psoriasis family." If I do go on it, I'll let y'all know if it helps the sebderm! (I have to say, though, my old rheumatologist, now retired, noticed rashes that she thought were sebderm three years ago, and I was on the powerful immune suppressant CellCept back then, so, maybe immune suppression isn't the key after all.)
