Which so you prefer and have better success with blow drying or air drying your hair. My head would more itchy if I don't blow dry it. Even with towel drying my hair would still be wet in the morning and I heard it's not good for your scalp to be wet that long, but also blow drying is not good either. Yes I'm hearing this a lot. Leaving wet hair can cause bacteria and a breeding ground for Seb derm. Both can cause some mechanical damage to hair, but different kinds. I think as long as you use a heat protectant it helps to protect your hair. My hair also takes forever to dry and when I use to let it air dry over night it started getting itchy so that's why I blow dry now.
Most of the time I blow dry it or at least make sure scalp if dry because otherwise ai get the scaly patches - especially at tp back of my scalp
