I like and use the La Roche Posay gentle hydrating cleanser.

I use the Cetaphil cleasing bar on my face, and it does pretty well. If it gets worse, I try a honey/warm water mix that I found doing a Google search and it clears it up pretty fast.

My Dermatologist prescribed Clobetasol Propionate Topical Solution USP to put on my scalp and ears as needed at bedtime.
