The First Step I Suggest To Others Is To See A Professional Starting With Your PCP And Then A Dermatologist.
The way I have decided to combat this condition was using my own advice above and seeking professional help. Once treatments were becoming ineffective I decided to take the matters into my own hands and trying various OTC products in varying combinations. This was not done blindly, I did significant research before making my own concoctions.
