🐀🐁 You are doing everything you can do to take care of yourself!!!!! I know it feels hopeless but keep on trucking and with time it will get better!!!!! I went through an outbreak that took almost a year to clear up and I almost gave up but it started to clear up when I decided that it was never going to clear..... just don't give up remember it's when we stop trying that we lose the battle. I've been fighting this skin battle for 72 years at various levels and one thing I've learned is never give up you only lose when you stop fighting.

I too fine myself just taking a shower. I have Seb derm on my scalp. It's so.etomes not the best for me though because I have dry scalp and washing too much I think causes more dry issues. I was washing like every other day. I'm trying a new thing with washing even less to 2 times a week so like Wed. and Sun. we will see how it goes. I'm still experiencing with shampoos and conditioners trying to use sulfate free. I'm going back to Head and Shoulders Bare which only has 9 ingredients and also doing a search is color safe without the sulfates. I recently got my hair colored so naturally their is some hair bleeding coming out. The most was after the first wash and it has gone done a little with the 2-3 wash but still there I'm hoping next wash will be better. I did get semi derm toner to make my highlights a bit less visible as they were really lightening up and I have dark hair. I can still some color has already came out.. I guess they say with that a little will come out each time I like permanent with t.just the first couple washes. I'm actually not seeing any of the darker color I had my roots done it's the toner lighter color. I hope it will be less however and lasts longer than I fear. We will see. I also hear Bare is good to use on your face if you have Seb derm there. Let me know if you have tried good luck.
