I have seb derm for years now. It started on my cheek and spread to my nose, between my eyebrows, and chin. Vanicream yes, I love it. Not used Vaseline on my face. I used Vaseline around the edges of my hair and it took 4 or 5 shampoos to get it out.

Have you tried using Vanicream for a moisturizer?That has been one of the most beneficial products for me along with Vaseline. Maybe try a salicylic acid face wash like Neutrogena sensitive skin oil free acne face wash only at night if it’s too drying.
