Janice, when you find a shampoo that works, I wiukld stay on that routine. You should be leaving the shampoo on your head, face for 5 minutes then rinse it off. Use warm not hot water for rinsing. You will have to be the one to know what is helping. We can’t see what it’s doing, so please try not to be so nervous and just give yourself time. I have had this breakout for over a year. I know ot is not pleasant, but the more your stress and worry, is not helping your condition.

So do I just use warn water even though I'm having a lot of scales on my scalp/hair and my face just use Salicylic acid ?
