When choosing a face wash for seborrheic dermatitis, look for products that are alcohol-free and fragrance-free to avoid irritation. Gentle, hypoallergenic cleansers are recommended. Use warm water when washing and pat dry gently. It's best to apply moisturizer right after cleansing to help reduce flakiness. Several key ingredients can be beneficial in face washes for managing seborrheic dermatitis:

- Salicylic acid: Helps with inflammation and prevents buildup of skin cells
- Pyrithione zinc: Provides antifungal and antibacterial benefits
- Ketoconazole: Works as an antifungal
- Sulfacetamide and sulfur: Offers anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties

Always test new products on a small patch of skin first, and maintain consistency with your chosen routine. For best results, use your face wash as part of both morning and evening skincare routines.

I would strongly recommend the Anise Foaming Cleanser from Epicderma. Is super gentle and has a very nice smell. I also recommend la roche posay Toleriane cleanser!!
