- Click on the blue “Sign up with your email” button.
- Enter your email and select the blue “next” button.
- Fill out the requested information (first name, email address, password, year of diagnosis, location, year of birth, and other supplemental questions).
- Confirm if you’d like to occasionally hear about new clinical trials, research, and useful information.
- Select the ‘finish’ button.
3. Sign Up with Google:
- Click on the blue “Continue with Google” button.
- Log in to your Google account and grant access.
- Complete the form with the requested information.
- Confirm if you’d like to occasionally hear about new clinical trials, research, and useful information.
- Select the ‘finish’ button.
Once you have created your account, you will be part of the MyHealthTeam community and can receive updates about clinical trials and other relevant information.
