I was reading in resources that sweating causes it to get worse. I know it makes mine worse because both times I’ve had it, it was in the summer. It got really bad when our summer was so hot.

I was frustrated, but it has been calm. Also, I am making peace that it's not going anywhere so I do the very best I can to take care of my skin. At the same time, I focus on more positive aspects of myself and life.

I intake very little salt at all, doesn't change a thing for me.
