I just got up at 2:00 a.m as I had been itching or scratching my head since I went to bed. Now I am sitting here having to cook coffee and toast because I didn't know what to do with myself LOL it isn't really funny in fact it's tormenting and this month it'll be 5 years since I had it

My dr. told me treatment is to use Head & Shoulders. Seems to work on my scalp well. I have itching bad at nite on my lower legs and near ankles what is causing that is it also Seb Derm?
