I have Seborrheic Dermatitis and all fungal
Right mow in FULL swing:(
I just ran out of my facewash "Salicylic Acid"
And I don't know what Im gonna so cause I have absolutely nothing to wash these scales off my face and their very itchy and I have never experienced the it itchiness before now and its bad am
And I'm scared and shaking and crying...
Please I need to know what product can I use OTC product and right now no stores are open its night time and I feel alot of trouble coming coming… read more

🐭🐀 when push comes to shove make a paste of good old fashion oatmeal and cool water and apply for a few minutes then rinse and pat dry it will help with the itching

Dial soap antibacterial has worked for some. Wash gently and be sure to rinse in cool water, do this several times a day.
