Allergies, diet, stress, drinking sugary drinks, sweets, fried foods, drinking alcohol, genes, foods like bread with wheat, animal dander, seasonal allergies. Your diet.
Hot water, to much sun, sweat, being hot without showering and washing your face and hair. I have autoimmune issues with thyroid problems and stomach issues.
I have b-12 deficiency. D deficiency. Have your blood work checked. I try to follow the inflammatory diet and that helps. I love chocolate and found out I have allergies to chocolate. There are so many so look them up and try to follow a good diet, take your vitamins, have a blood panel done to see if your levels are low, and watch your stress. That alone is a challenge for all of us.
God bless and take care. Glad your here with us.

How does the immune system influence seborrheic dermatitis and stress levels?
Seborrheic dermatitis is linked to an overactive immune response to Malassezia yeast on the skin, which can be worsened by stress. Stress triggers the release of cortisol, which activates skin receptors and increases inflammation, exacerbating seborrheic dermatitis symptoms.
