I used the Ketocontazole shampoo like 3 hours ago in my shower on my scalp and I have Seborrheic Dermatitis and I still have a head full of scales that are itsy bitsy and are in my eyes and I have Clobetasol Propinate Topical USP 0.05% can I use this on my scalp after the Ketocontazole my scalp and would this work better for me and my scalp or can I just apply the Clobetasol and not rinse out for awhile? Or what I do to stop these scales coming down?

It's important to be consistent with this routine for the treatment to be effective. Regarding Clobetasol, this is a topical steroid that can be effective for seborrheic dermatitis. However, you should consult with your doctor before combining treatments or changing how you use them. They can provide specific instructions on whether and how to use both medications together safely.

To help manage scaling, some additional tips from other members include:
- Not washing hair daily (try every 2-3 days)
- Using a blow dryer instead of air-drying
- Keeping the scalp dry after treatment
