Glendale, AZ

Because I used all these products and having such bad flare ups all day is it best to just rinse my head with water tonight and not use any products on my scalp/hair?

Janice, this may help you. Walmart carries it. Bath and wash your hair in this. It has zinc pyrithione in it which is very healing for your breakouts. Just buy 1 bar and give it awhile to stay on your scalp and face then rinse in warm water. Hope that helps you. It’s very good to help heal our Seb derm.

Manage dryness: Be prepared for potential dryness and use moisturizing shampoos or conditioners as needed to maintain hair health.
Consider professional guidance: If OTC shampoos haven’t worked, consulting a dermatologist about prescription options can be a worthwhile step towards clearer, healthier scalp
