I don’t use any conditioner, I use coconut oil and just a drop to moisten my scalp.

Conditioner can help if you have dry scalp which many people do from the medicated or over the counter dandruff type shampoos. Others find it irritates their scalp more. It all depends on your scalp condition. It's different for everyone. Some people with seb derm and use medicated shampoos do not ever have a problem with dry scalp wheres others do and a moisturizing conditioner may help. Also a regular leas.drying shampoo May also help on rotation. It's best to pay attention to how your scalp feels after trying different things to see what works best for you.
