I’ve found that for those of us who aren’t allergic to chocolate that if you haven’t already tried dark chocolate 🍫 to try it. It’s good for your heart (1 to 3oz per day)for me it satisfies my chocolate cravings better than milk chocolate 🍫 does. You can get many types of dark chocolate almonds, different fruit 🍎 varieties covered by the dark chocolate many different things are now available. When I changed to dark chocolate I haven’t had a breakout of my skin problems like I did with the milk chocolate. Go figure!?!?!

Soy, gluten, dairy, yeast and chocolate free foods tend to do the trick for me. There's plenty of tasty stuff to eat these days without all the junk.

Made it through Halloween 🎃 without having to buy any candy 🍭….we have no children in our area for trick or treating. I missed seeing the costumes etc but don’t have the worry about what to do about leftovers!!!!!🐭

So glad, Mary , that you have tried dark chocolate and can enjoy it. Does it give you the same or similar allergic reactions as the milk versions?
