Yes. One week on; one week off. It's a bit greasy, though it works.

Head & Shoulders Shampoo. It comes in a wide variety of different types just for you. I personally use the hydration one and I haven't had the urge to scratch anything. I also use it as a body wash bc I have eczema on my arms, feet and knees. Sometimes it's very annoying just to wear shoes but after putting Eucerin Eczema Relief Skin protectant cream on, its like I don't have eczema at all.

See I can't use oils and all that greasy stuff in my hair it makes it worse mines get to the point where it itches so bad to it bleeds or I'll say I'll scratch it till it bleeds I don't do that anymore though like I said I only use salt water in my hair a little bit of salt and hot water it works very good for me it doesn't flare up as much and it doesn't itch as much
