Hi Mary, I have Seb Derm on my scalp and my hair stylist advised me to stop coloring my hair. It was a good idea for me. She said any topical products except Seb Derm shampoos or oils would further harm my scalp. I lost about 1/2 my hair over the years and I always colored it or foiled it. Since I stopped, I haven't lost much hair at all. I haven't grown any new hair either. Good Luck!🤯
