Georgia, my diet is pretty limited. I have to omit all the good stuff including most veggies and fruits. I have esophagitis and can't swallow very well. I use a lot of water to get it down. I cheat sometimes and have consequences...I crave steak! I cut it into itsy bitsy pieces and over-chew it. Occasionally, I have to get my esophagus stretched to accommodate food. They take a biopsy to check for cancer. I had a friend die of esophagus cancer. Very painful. I don't have that, Thank God! Enjoy your weekend. Happy Easter if you celebrate. 🌹

I found if I cut back on sugars and salts it calms down somewhat . No soda but coffee, tea and of course water are fine! I love chocolate and that is a difficult cut but try to do a bit less and not keep it in the house!

I’ve tried soo many diff diets & restrictions. Right now, not eating sugar first thing in the morning, seems to cut down on my inflammation. Also having something very cold or very hot at unseasonable times affects me. It’s got to be connected to my immune system, right? I have IBS too & gut health is connected to many auto immune disorders.
