Seborrheic dermatitis

I was diagnosed with facial seborrheic dermatitis on my cheeks mostly. I've tried thr Nizoral shampoo, selsun blue, ketoconazole prescription cream. I was over using the shampoos on my face the cream worked but I ran out of it. I continued the shampoos alternating each day it made my face really dry. I'm looking for advice on what's the best routine for the face? Creams, cleanse, sunscreen(maybe tinted sunscreen?) May be psoriasis...my doctor tried several things..and went to tyrmfya.it cleared my ski n..but itchy...aww man..especially in summer...
