Caffiene no affect. Sugar and gluten affect.

I have not noticed any connection between caffiene and Seb Derm for myself. I do notice changes with dairy products, lack of sleep and stress.

That's a good question that I don't have an answer to. I drink about 2 cups per day. I'm not allergic to it as I've been tested for it, but if I have a latte, I get a stomach ache. Dairy is not my pal. ☘️

Personally I have not seen Any correlation with my SD and caffeine consumption.

I never saw a link between caffeine and SD. I Will check it out.
