I definitely agree that my diet plays a big role in how my scalp is going to react I mean it's the same with everything on my body my face or dry skin anything it depends a lot on my diet it's a healthier I eat the better everything seems to be so I've recently started working out again and in the process of switching to a healthier lifestyle together with my diet and stuff and my scalps actually been great the last few weeks so I'm very thankful

Scalp itch is very tough to deal with. If it is coming with Alopecia it is even worse

I don’t have any symptoms which keep me up at night. I have a habit of picking at the sores on my scalp. Usually it is a scab of dry hardened skin. Then the following day I’ll have pain at the area and dried hood scab. I wish some doctor could tell me what causes this condition.
