Ask your doctor to write a prescription for Clobetasol. I only have sebderm on my scalp and it's bad. Clobetasol is a liquid and it really helps.

RAMON, your experience is identical to mine with the grains of sand feeling on fingertips and on scalp but nothing showing to the naked eye. The extrusion causes itching which then causes inflammation on the scalp! I have tried many products and still searching for the right one! Do you have any recommendations if you have found something helpful in shampoo, lotions or creams? Thank you!
