I have a few ice packs in the freezer. I'll put one behind my neck,on my back and in the good ol cleavage. Also sip on ice water.Seems like since I've had this issue, I have a hard time regulating my body temperature.kinda like a fever or heat exhaustion, early menopause. Idk.. anyone else?

It is a horrendous problem that reoccurs whenever I am under amount of stress or during my period and when the climate changes.

I try to manage my problem by washing my face daily, twice a week (advised by my Dermatologist doctor) I wash it with Head and Shoulders, then apply moisturizer on my face. But whenever I have major flare ups I apply Desonide lotion twice a day to the infected areas until the skin stops itching and peeling.
