Which shampoo you use for dandruff in your sclap due to your seborrheic dermatitis?

Hi. Have you had a dermatologist look at your scalp? I was prescribed Ketaconozole 2 % shampoo. You can get the 1 % over the counter, it's called NIzoral 1 % Ketaconazole Shampoo. I've had good success with mine and encourage anyone to be examined by a board certified dermatologist if possible. There are other options available of course, but this my positive experience. Hope this helps.

I use ketaconozaole shampoo for real bad flare ups. Then I use the clinical stench head and shoulders once a week. I have it on my face too sunlight makes it go away.

I've since been using a 3 % salicylic acid shampoo alternating days and I find it helps a lot. Neutrogena T Sal

Nothing has helped and I’ve tried many. Dupixent is the only thing that has saved my whole body. The shampoos did nothing.
