I'm using the same products, but like you I'm severely depressed and slack off. I need to get back on track somehow. Good luck on this terrible journey.

Do any of you have SebDerm inside your ears? I haven’t been able to wear my hair up in what feels like years because I could clean every crevice of my ears in the morning, and new flakes would pop up by the evening. Even when my scalp clears up, my ears have flakes, and it’s stressful.
Debbie, what do you use for this?
I am happy to report the article/resource called Seborrheic Dermatitis Hair Loss was reposted on 3/1. It can now be viewed. Thanks to everyone involved.
